## About the role

You’ll lead design for Superhuman Mail’s growth efforts, shaping onboarding, in-product activation, and purchase experiences for customers across our suite of collaborative products. You’ll empower users to become more efficient and successful with AI-powered email and scheduling workflows, while building upon the speed, polish, and delight that Superhuman is known for. Your work will focus on making a power-user email experience simpler to understand and adopt, through exceptional visual and interaction design. ## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of relevant experience spanning Product Design and Growth Design , with 3+ years focused on growth, onboarding, monetization/subscription, or activation experiences
- Comfort designing for complex systems. You have a proven ability to design clear, scalable, and delightful user experiences that simplify complex workflows
- Experience and curiosity in building AI-powered products , including designing for trust, speed, and user control
- Strong collaboration with a bias to action. You’re excited by the opportunity to create clarity when the direction is ambiguous
- Exceptional storytelling and influence. You translate ambiguous problems into compelling vision that moves senior leadership and aligns cross-functional teams — and you can navigate a group to a decision when consensus is elusive
