We’re hiring our first in-house Digital Marketing Production Designer to own hands-on creative production across web, email, collateral, and video. You take a brief: usually from marketing and turn it into finished, on-brand assets ready to ship. This is a high-volume execution role: multiple landing pages, email templates, ad cuts, and decks each week, all held to Granted’s brand system and healthcare compliance rules.
