## About the role

We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our rapidly growing team. As the primary contact with our employer customers, the Account Manager uses data to understand Gravie’s client needs and suggest strategic opportunities to inform renewals and growth opportunities. Building strong relationships based on a foundation of trust and expertise in health insurance and employer benefits is your specialty.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relationship or account management field
- Must be licensed in health insurance in your home state
- 3+ years of account management experience in the health insurance industry
- 2+ years experience using data to gain insights and make strategic recommendations
- Experience working in a dynamic environment and comfort researching and solving problems with minimal guidance
- 3+ years of experience working collaboratively across several teams and functions
