## About the role

We’re looking for an experienced network contracting leader to shape and execute the network strategy for Gravie’s health plan. This is a senior, strategic role focused on building the network partnerships that fuel Gravie’s growth: you’ll assess and prioritize new markets, evaluate network economics and partnership opportunities, negotiate complex network and value-based agreements, and build relationships that move opportunities from strategy through implementation.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience independently drafting and negotiating complex healthcare agreements , including direct provider agreements with hospitals, health systems, and physician groups
- 4+ years of experience ensuring healthcare contracts and networks meet applicable federal and state regulatory requirements , including state DOI network adequacy standards and federal requirements such as the No Surprises Act
- 3+ years of experience developing and negotiating value-based care arrangements , such as shared savings, risk-based models, bundled payments, or pay-for-performance arrangements
