## About the role

As our Senior Accountant, you'll own core pieces of the close and help build the processes, controls, and systems our accounting function will run on as we scale. You'll keep our books accurate and audit-ready under both US GAAP and federal cost accounting rules and help lay the groundwork for a SOX-ready control environment. This is a hands-on build role. You'll design processes, not just maintain them.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including ownership of month-end close
- Strong working knowledge of US GAAP
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas) and hands-on ERP experience
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and clear written and verbal communication
- A builder's mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, high ownership, and a fast-moving startup pace
