## About the role

GrayMatter Robotics runs physical robots at customer production sites, maintains a growing government enclave, and supports an engineering team that moves fast. Right now, too much of the IT work that keeps all of that running is falling on a DevOps engineer who should be focused on infrastructure, a QA engineer who shouldn't be configuring machines at all, and senior engineers who are getting pulled into IT requests they shouldn't have to touch.

## What they're looking for

- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in IT systems administration, infrastructure, or a related technical role
- Strong working knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu preferred)
- Networking fundamentals, including ability to diagnose and resolve common configuration issues
- Some experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible
- Basic scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for task automation and workflow improvements
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
