## About the role

We're looking for an Arena Marketing Manager to own user acquisition, engagement, and community growth for Arena. You'll be responsible for growing a highly technical audience of AI red-teamers, security researchers, hackers, builders, and AI safety enthusiasts. You'll design experiments, launch campaigns, build partnerships, manage creators and influencers, activate communities, and develop repeatable growth engines that increase participation across Arena challenges.
