This role serves as a primary operational support resource for revenue operations, helping ensure CRM, reporting, quoting, documentation, and sales support processes are accurate, consistent, and aligned to business needs. The ideal candidate brings strong CRM experience, operational discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to partner across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Technology, and other internal teams to support reliable revenue execution.

## What they're looking for

- Serve as the day-to-day operational owner of CRM, ensuring the platform supports sales, reporting, quoting, and revenue processes effectively
- Configure, maintain, and optimize CRM objects, workflows, automation, integrations, validation rules, and reporting processes to support consistent sales execution
- Provide first-line CRM and CPQ user support, triage system issues, coordinate resolution with Technology partners and vendors, and support user acceptance testing for system changes and releases
- Support CPQ and quote-to-cash workflows to help ensure accurate, timely, and compliant quoting and approval processes
- Maintain CRM data governance activities, including data integrity, validation rules, reporting definitions, filters, dashboard maintenance, recurring scorecards, and operational data extracts
- Conduct routine pipeline audits to identify stale opportunities, close-date inaccuracies, missing required fields, and stage compliance issues
