## About the role

This role reports to the Senior Manager, Security GRC & Trust As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will help administer and support the technology stack that supports Billing, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Expenses, Travel, Sales, Marketing, and more (NetSuite, Maxio, HubSpot, FloQast, Workiva, Snowflake, ZIP, etc.). You will collaborate with teams across the organization on implementation, automation, and operational initiatives that support the company's growth.

- Support and maintain the Business Systems function at Greenlight
- Apply growing systems knowledge (NetSuite, Maxio, HubSpot, etc.) to troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues
- Configure and support solutions (i.e. automations, IPaaS, etc.) that improve billing, procurement, accounts receivable, accounts payable, General Ledger, and T&E operations, ensuring alignment with business requirements
- Contribute to Month End and Quarter End processes, and help bring efficiencies to business processes through systems
- Help optimize business processes and workflows by supporting integrations and automations across Business Systems
- Administer and maintain business systems (NetSuite, FloQast, Workiva, HubSpot, Maxio, ZIP, etc.), supporting optimal performance and alignment with business goals
