## About the role

We’re hiring our first RevOps person, reporting directly to the CRO. The role is roughly 70% operations and 30% revenue strategy. You’ll build the systems, data, and processes behind the revenue organization while working with the CRO and Finance on planning, market and ICP analysis, and investment decisions. Own the CRM and GTM systems stack end to end, including architecture, data integrity, routing, integrations, and vendors

## What they're looking for

- 4–8 years of experience
- A background combining top-tier strategy consulting with operating experience at a high-growth technology company
- Able to write SQL, build models, and find answers without waiting for someone else to pull the data
- Deep working knowledge of modern CRM and GTM tooling, you’ve architected a stack, not just used one
- A track record of building something from zero, such as a first forecasting process, compensation plan, or territory model
- Comfortable with ambiguity, low ego about the work, and excited by a role that spans strategy and execution
