## About the role

Collaborate closely across electrical, firmware, software, and mechanical teams to analyze RF telemetry data and optimize wireless network performance

## What they're looking for

- BSEE (or higher) with 5+ years of experience in RF systems design and debug
- Strong hands-on experience in lab environments including RF conducted measurements, OTA testing, and rework
- Experience in cellular and/or low power mesh networks
- Proven experience with RF manufacturing line testing, fixture development, and validation
- Strong understanding of radio desense and coexistence testing
- Experience in RF certification and compliance (PTCRB, EMI, FCC, CTIA, etc.)
