## About the role

As a Staff Hardware Product Manager, you will lead the development of our hardware product portfolio. This is a critical, foundational role - with broad responsibility for defining, building, and launching innovative hardware solutions that enable our mission.

## What they're looking for

- 7+ years of Product experience, or 4+ years of Product experience combined with significant prior hardware engineering experience
- Experience owning hardware products across the full lifecycle, from customer discovery and product definition through development, validation, launch, and post-launch iteration
- Strong product judgment, with a track record of identifying customer and business problems, defining requirements, prioritizing tradeoffs, and translating strategy into an actionable roadmap
- Strong understanding of hardware product development and the ability to partner effectively with electrical, mechanical, firmware, software, manufacturing, and reliability teams
- Strong project management skills, with experience driving complex, cross-functional initiatives from definition through execution
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and bringing structure to problems that may not have a clear path forward
