## About the role

We're hiring a Technical Project Manager to own delivery of our most complex cross-functional work, reporting to the Head of Product and Data. Our programs rarely live inside one team. A single launch can touch hardware in hundreds of stores, the content scheduling platform, data pipelines, measurement methodology, a partner's API, and a retailer's rollout calendar. You'll be the person who turns that into a plan, keeps it honest, and gets it shipped. Found on 1752vc Careers, the job board for startup and VC roles.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years delivering technical work, with at least 3 in a project, program, or delivery lead role
- A hands-on technical foundation, ideally time spent as a software or data engineer. You can read an architecture diagram, reason about APIs and data pipelines, and tell a sound estimate from a hopeful one
- A track record shipping complex programs across engineering, data, design, and business stakeholders, including at least one where scope, people, or priorities shifted midstream
- Clear, concise writing. Your status updates get read, and your plans answer questions before they're asked
- Fluency with Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban) and the judgment to use only as much process as the work needs
- Comfort with budgets, capacity planning, and scoping work against real constraints
