## About the role

Groundswell is growing and looking for an Appian Business Analyst to join our team! This person will be responsible for partnering with our Appian product teams and potentially engaging customers to generate requirements specific to Appian applications. Support Product Dev Managers in defining the minimum viable product (MVP) for a given application / product and the supporting release plans.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT or related field
- 5+ years of experience in performing business analysis and refining requirements for information systems
- Strong communication at all levels of an organization (written and verbal)
- Detail oriented with experience working on several products at one time
- Experience working with common process-based documentation methods including use cases, Agile user stories, and process modeling
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph. Preference will be given to candidates with an active TS clearance
