## About the role

Groundswell is looking for an experienced technical Appian Consultant to provide hands-on Appian implementation on our delivery teams and act as a trusted advisor to our clients. Technical Appian Consultants help scale our business by providing expert guidance on solution delivery and designing and integrating cutting-edge Appian solutions into our client’s architecture.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related area
- 2+ years of experience in developing Appian solutions
- 2+ years of related IT experience
- Preference given to candidates with active Appian Senior or Lead certifications
- Strong experience with Appian delivery using an Agile methodology
- Strong technical design and implementation and problem-solving skills
