## About the role

Groundswell is hiring a Business Analyst to support an Agile software development team serving the Department of Transportation. This role will work with customers, product owners, developers, testers, support teams, and other stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and validate requirements throughout the software development lifecycle.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience supporting software development, application systems, or technology transition projects
- Experience working in an Agile software development environment
- Experience eliciting, gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating business and technical requirements
- Experience developing and managing user stories, acceptance criteria, process documentation, and related requirements artifacts
- Experience coordinating requirements reviews and obtaining stakeholder agreement or sign-off
