## About the role

Groundswell is hiring an experienced Business Process Engineer to join our team!

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Must be a U.S. Citizen per contract requirements
- Active Top-Secret Clearance with eligibly to hold SCI per contract requirements
- Must be able to work on-site in a secure facility within the National Capital Region with customer up to 5 days per week (multiple locations within DMV, primary location in Reston, VA)
- 10+ years’ experience with escalating responsibilities working with customers to analyze and develop requirements
- Experience leading a functional team and interfacing with customers
