## About the role

Groundswell is seeking a Recruiting Analyst to support the Talent Acquisition team with interview coordination, candidate verification, recruiting system audits, employee referral processing, sourcing support, and recruiting documentation This hybrid role is based in McLean, Virginia, and will also support in-person interviews by greeting candidates, preparing interview spaces, and helping ensure a welcoming and professional candidate experience.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred, equivalent relevant experience may be considered
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition operations, HR, administrative support, or a related field
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, Workday experience is preferred
- Experience coordinating interviews, scheduling logistics, or other administrative processes
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
