## About the role

Groundswell is seeking a highly skilled Workday Data Conversion Lead to lead the Data Conversion workstream for a complex Workday implementation supporting an Intelligence Community customer. This individual will be responsible for the end-to-end data conversion lifecycle and will work closely with Workday Configuration, Integration, Testing, Security, and other implementation workstreams to support successful deployment.

- U.S. Citizenship required per contract requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology , Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience supporting HRIS, HCM, ERP, or enterprise technology implementations, with significant experience in data conversion, migration, or integration
- 5+ years of Workday implementation experience, including experience leading data conversion activities through multiple implementation phases
- Experience leading the end-to-end data conversion workstream for at least two large-scale Workday implementations
- Current Workday HCM Data Loading Services Certification
