## About the role

Groundswell is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Workday Delivery Lead / Project Manager to lead the successful execution of the Workday implementation for a complex Intelligence Community modernization program. Reporting to the Program Manager, this individual will be accountable for the day-to-day execution of the Workday deployment and for ensuring delivery aligns with the Workday Implementation Methodology, approved solution architecture, customer requirements, and program milestones.

## What they're looking for

- U.S. Citizenship required per contract requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government Top Secret security clearance with SCI favorability and Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph, as required by contract
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software delivery, technical project management, or Workday implementation leadership
- Experience leading at least three (3) Workday deployments from planning through go-live
- Workday HCM Certification required
- Workday Engagement Manager/Project Manager (EM/PM) Certification required
