## About the role

Groundswell is seeking a high ly skilled Workday Integration Lead to lead the Integration workstream for a complex Workday implementation supporting an Intelligence Community customer. This individual will be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, testing, deployment, and delivery of integrations supporting the Workday solution and its broader enterprise technology ecosystem.

## What they're looking for

- U.S. Citizenship required per contract requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science , Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of relevant enterprise technology experience with significant experience in HCM, HRIS, enterprise integrations, or related technologies
- 5+ years of Workday implementation experience with demonstrated technical and integration leadership responsibilities
- Experience leading the Integration workstream for at least two (2) Workday implementations
- Current Workday Pro Workday Orchestrate Developer Services Certification
