## About the role

Groundswell is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Workday Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise Workday HCM solutions for our government clients. This individual will lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams consisting of Workday leads and consultants, business analysts (BAs), developers, cloud and security engineers, and functional subject matter experts (SMEs) to design scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions within complex customer environments.

## What they're looking for

- Must be a US Citizen per contract requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering , or Mathematics (STEM) or related field
- Workday HCM Certification required , additional Workday certification(s) preferred
- 10+ years' experience implementing Workday or equivalent HCM and ERP applications
- Experience leading 3+ Workday deployments from planning through go-live
- Experience leading delivery teams
