## About the role

Lead the execution of planning, forecasting, and pipeline management for Provider Recruitment & Experience and PCP / EAP, so leadership always has a reliable read on performance against targets. Act as a cross-functional quarterback across Operations, Commercial, Finance, and Product to keep the Revenue Strategy roadmap on track.

## What they're looking for

- 7+ years in GTM Strategy & Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, FP&A / Strategic Finance, Business Operations, or a closely related function
- A track record of building commercial infrastructure from the ground up at an early-stage or rapidly scaling company
- Real hands-on technical ability: you're comfortable writing SQL and code yourself, designing data models, and building pipelines, not just directing others who do
- Fluency with the modern AI landscape and a track record of turning emerging tools into practical, production use cases
- Comfort moving between strategy, analysis, process design, and hands-on systems implementation. You're just as happy building a model as you are working through the details of a workflow
- Experience leading forecasting, territory planning, pipeline management, and executive business reviews
