- 7+ years of experience in demand gen or growth marketing, with deep, hands-on account-based marketing (ABM) experience - ideally in healthcare or health-tech
- A proven track record of building and scaling enterprise account-based lead-generation funnels that drive measurable business outcomes over time
- Demonstrated expertise managing all paid channels, building landing pages, and optimizing multi-stage conversion funnels against scale and efficiency goals
- Hands-on experience running account-based tactics such as webinars, gifting, content/thought leadership, and events
- Experience partnering with Enterprise Sales teams and driving towards shared goals
- Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and clear recommendations
