## About the role

As Staff Product Manager for Grow's New Models & Markets team, you'll own new products and business offerings within Grow, particularly in the payor and EAP space. Behavioral health access is no longer the industry's biggest challenge — now payors (health insurers) are grappling with how to manage cost, quality, and outcomes at scale. As a Staff PM, you will be responsible for both deepening our partnerships with payors, as well as building an entirely new category of B2B offering for employers.
