## About the role

The Associate Account Manager, Enterprise works alongside Enterprise Partner Managers (EPMs) to support Grubhub’s Enterprise restaurant brands. As part of a shared account team, you will own key day-to-day workstreams across operations, promotions, advertising, and client optimization, while the EPM leads the broader brand strategy and commercial relationship.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 1–2 years of Account Management, Sales, Customer Success, or experience working with large, enterprise clients
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive work through completion
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and confidence working directly with and presenting to enterprise clients
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess needs, identify root causes, story tell through data, and coordinate solutions
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally to influence and make recommendations to clients
