## About the role

As an Accounting Manager, you will contribute to the accounting function by ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records across the general ledger and balance sheet. You will be responsible for executing key components of the month-end close, preparing reconciliations, maintaining internal controls, and partnering with cross-functional teams to support reliable and efficient accounting operations.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (preferred) or Finance
- Active CPA license
- 4-7 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally combining a foundation in a top-tier national public accounting firm with relevant industry experience
- Experience auditing or working in a public company environment is preferred. Prior experience in a controllership or operational accounting environment strongly preferred
- Data & Technical skills: Experience working with large datasets. Coding and/or SQL skills are highly preferred
- Analytical Acumen: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze financial data
