## About the role

The Senior Associate, Category Management supports the development and execution of category and menu strategies across an assigned set of Wonder restaurant brands. Reporting to the Associate Director of Category Management and Partnerships, this role plays a critical supporting role in driving menu innovation, LTO execution, new concept development, and ongoing menu performance — helping ensure each brand stays craveable, on-strategy, and commercially healthy.

## What they're looking for

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in category management, brand management, strategy, consulting, finance, insights, or a similar analytical role — ideally with exposure to restaurants, food, retail, or CPG
- Strong Excel and data analysis fluency — comfortable working with large datasets, building models and trackers from scratch, and turning raw data into clear insight
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven recommendations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
