## About the role

As a Senior Associate, Finance in the FP&A organization, you will work closely with senior business leaders and cross-functional teams to develop sophisticated financial models, monitor business performance, and drive data-driven decision-making. With a deeper understanding of financial trends, variances, and KPIs, you will provide actionable insights that directly impact strategic initiatives and business growth.

## What they're looking for

- Experience : 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, analytics, business intelligence, or related fields
- Education : Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in an analytical field such as Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Mathematics
- Financial Systems Expertise : Strong experience with Financial Planning, Budgeting, & Forecasting systems such as Anaplan (or similar), with a demonstrated ability to optimize financial systems (NetSuite or similar) and reporting processes
- Strategic Problem-Solving : Ability to think strategically about financial performance and identify actionable opportunities to improve business outcomes
- Curiosity & Continuous Improvement : A positive, solutions-oriented attitude and a demonstrated ability to adapt to an evolving business environment with a collaborative mindset
