Reporting to the Director of Learning & Development, this role will be accountable for driving program results, impacting organizational learning initiatives, and contributing to Guardant’s strategic development goals. ## What they're looking for

- Experience : 10+ years of program management experience, ideally in learning and development, HR, or a related field. Deep expertise in employee development strategy, design, or learning
- Project Management Expertise : Strong project management skills, including experience in leading complex, multi-phase initiatives from initiation through completion
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate project progress and challenges to various stakeholders clearly and effectively. Ability to build effective communications that enhance engagement
- Collaboration & Teamwork : Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive projects to successful completion
- Attention to Detail : Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain timelines, and ensure deliverables are met on time
