## About the role

The Manager, Business Systems is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing and optimizing Oracle ERP Cloud applications across Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C), ARCS, RMCS, Billing, and Revenue Management processes.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience with a concentration in Computer Science, Information Technology, information systems, or a related field (required)
- Strong hands-on functional experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials
- Hands-on experience supporting a live Oracle Fusion Cloud production environment, including troubleshooting functional issues, configurations, enhancements, and ongoing production support
- Experience gathering business requirements, designing solutions, configuring Oracle Fusion, leading testing/UAT, and supporting deployments
- Strong Finance and Accounting process knowledge with the ability to work directly with Finance stakeholders and translate business requirements into Oracle solutions
- Experience leading ERP analysts/ support resources and working with offshore teams/vendors while remaining hands-on when needed
