This role sits between our People Ops coordinators and the specialists who own strategy in each domain, providing the operational execution, data integrity, and process support that keeps the People function running smoothly across benefits, immigration, compensation, and program delivery. ## What they're looking for

- 3+ years in HR or People Operations, comfortable moving across benefits, immigration, compensation, and program support rather than specializing in one
- Proven ability to run a defined process independently once trained — processing enrollments, reconciling data, or preparing reports
- Experience supporting a recurring People program such as open enrollment or a performance cycle as part of a team
- Hands-on fluency in an HRIS or payroll system such as ADP Workforce Now
- A reconciliation instinct: you can put two data sets side by side, like invoices against enrollment records, and spot what doesn't line up
- Strong organization and deadline awareness — you track multiple recurring processes at once, follow documented process closely, and escalate exceptions rather than improvise
