## About the role

We’re looking for a Design Engineer to help shape, design, and build high-craft product experiences end to end. This role sits at the intersection of product, design, and engineering. You’ll own key user-facing surfaces from early concept through final implementation, using strong product judgment, thoughtful interaction design, and excellent frontend execution to make complex workflows feel simple.

## What they're looking for

- 2–5+ years of experience building user-facing products in high-ownership environments
- Strong experience with TypeScript, React, Tailwind CSS, and modern frontend development
- Experience contributing to or building a design system, component library, or reusable frontend patterns
- A track record of owning product work end to end with limited handholding
- Strong product intuition and the ability to make thoughtful UX decisions independently
- Care for craft beyond the first 80%, including performance, accessibility, reliability, and visual polish
