- Advanced expertise with Marketo, including administration, campaign operations, lead lifecycle management, and reporting
- Strong Salesforce CRM experience, including lead, contact, account, opportunity, and campaign management
- Deep understanding of demand generation programs and marketing funnel metrics
- Hands-on experience with LeanData, including lead routing, account matching, territory assignment, and workflow optimization
- Experience supporting complex sales organizations with multiple territories, segments, and routing requirements
