## About the role

We're looking for a detail driven problem solver who thrives on precision. As a ConversionOps Associate, you'll independently manage the transfer of retirement plans from prior providers onto our platform. That means validating asset allocations, reconciling trust data, and establishing participant loan records before going live. You'll partner closely with CX Onboarding, Compliance, and Reconciliations to catch discrepancies before they become downstream problems.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of experience in retirement plan administration, financial operations, or onboarding focused operational roles
- Strong understanding of contribution types (pre tax, Roth, employer), loan structures, and participant level retirement data
- Advanced proficiency in Excel , including lookup functions, pivot tables, data validation, and error analysis
- Ability to independently manage competing priorities in a high volume, deadline driven environment
- Adaptability to shift with changing priorities without losing focus on quality
- Quick product mastery to pick up new tools and platforms fast and can speak to them with confidence
