## What they're looking for

- Substantial experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, or professional training
- Proven track record of designing and delivering highly effective enablement programs that drive measurable improvements in partner activation, engagement, and revenue contribution
- Demonstrated ability to independently lead learning initiatives end-to-end—from needs analysis through delivery and post-program evaluation—while managing multiple competing priorities with minimal oversight
- Experience designing and facilitating training sessions for professional audiences
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and work cross-functionally to ensure learning objectives translate into real partner performance outcomes
- Solid foundation in education design, with the judgment to select appropriate modalities based on audience, speed, scale, and impact
