## About the role

We're looking for an FP&A Manager to own the analytical backbone of a rapidly growing AI-enabled insurance distribution platform. You'll own budgeting, monthly business reviews, and long-term/cash flow modeling, and perform financial analysis — partnering directly with leadership to help steer the business, while our outsourced accounting partner continues to own monthly close and day-to-day bookkeeping.

## What they're looking for

- 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or FP&A
- Strong financial modeling and analytical toolkit
- Experience owning budgeting, forecasting, or business review processes
- Comfortable operating with limited structure and building process from scratch
- Deep understanding of budgeting, long-term/cash flow modeling, and business reporting
- AI experience is a strong plus
