## About the role

As a Growth Marketing Associate at Gyde, you will be responsible for executing and supporting high-impact marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and demand for partnership with Gyde amongst agency principals and brokers. You’ll manage day-to-day marketing operations, from digital campaigns to events, and collaborate across teams to bring Gyde’s brand and value proposition to life while influencing the pipeline all year long.

## What they're looking for

- 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in a growth-stage startup or B2B SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience with Webflow (or similar CMS), social media tools, design tools like Figma and Canva, and marketing automation platforms like Hubspot or Ortto
- Strong project management skills, you can juggle multiple workstreams and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp eye for effective copy and design
- Analytical and data-oriented mindset, comfortable with reporting, testing, and using data to tell a story
- A self-starter with a builder’s mindset–you thrive in ambiguity and enjoy creating structure
