## About the role

You will work alongside our team to design, build and deploy AI agents that automate our enterprise clients’ processes, following, together with your tutor, the entire journey from the initial assessment through to the release of the solution. You will also take part in our AI training programmes, seeing at first hand how we support organisations on their path to adopting agentic AI. The role spans two complementary areas: designing and building the agents, and client-facing assessment and training activities.

## What they're looking for

- You have some first experience, whether academic, project-based or personal, in building AI agents, AI-based automation solutions or agentic applications
- You know the fundamentals of LLMs, prompt engineering and agentic AI frameworks, and you want to deepen them in practice
- You have already shipped something that works, at least at prototype level, using AI-assisted development tools
- You are interested in workflow analysis and in translating business needs into technical solutions
- You communicate effectively in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Experience with OpenClaw or Hermes and with full-stack development is a plus, but not a requirement
