## About the role

As Product Manager, Health Plans, you will own the roadmap and execution for H1's health plans product surface — working closely with payer clients, data science, engineering, and commercial teams to define what we build and ensure it delivers measurable value for health plan stakeholders. Own the product roadmap for H1's health plans product suite — prioritizing features that improve network management, provider directory accuracy, utilization analytics, and quality measurement for payer clients

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of B2B product management, preferably on data, analytics, or intelligence platforms in healthcare or life sciences
- Familiarity with health plan operations — network management, provider data, utilization management, or prior authorization — through product, consulting, or industry experience
- Comfortable working with data science and engineering on data quality, coverage, and accuracy problems — and translating those decisions into user-facing product choices
- Proven ability to run user research, synthesize findings, and convert them into actionable product requirements
- Comfortable using data to validate product decisions, SQL or Python experience a plus
- Based in New York, NY (preferred), OR based in Boston, Philadelphia, or Washington D.C. (hybrid with willingness to travel to New York)
