We're hiring an Associate Customer Success Manager, Programs who lives for action - someone who loves talking to clients, thrives on program management, and can juggle multiple assessment campaigns and hackathons with ease. This role sits at the intersection of client success and program execution, owning campaigns end-to-end from kickoff to closure and working closely with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Content and Support to deliver impact.
