## What they're looking for

- 12+ years of experience in Total Rewards, compensation, analytics including designing and running compensation and benefits programs at scale
- 5+ years of people-leadership experience, including managing managers or team leads
- Hands-on ownership of an HRIS (Workday strongly preferred) and the surrounding People technology stack, including data integrity, integrations, and reporting
- Demonstrated experience building People analytics and workforce reporting that executives rely on to make decisions
- Experience partnering with Finance and Legal on pay equity, compensation cycles, and multi-region compliance
- Experience supporting executive and/or board-level compensation
