## About the role

CAM Execution is a hybrid Process Engineering role operating at the intersection of CAM programming and manufacturing execution. The team is responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving failures across the full manufacturing process, ensuring that programmed intent translates into reliable, repeatable production outcomes.

## What they're looking for

- High-Level Problem Solving - Ability to decompose complex, multi-variable manufacturing issues and converge on root cause quickly. Capable of implementing effective solutions in high-complexity environments
- Part Process Knowledge - Strong background in developing, programming, setting up, and troubleshooting part manufacturing processes
- Software - Experience with CNC programming software, CAD modeling tools, and general computing environments
- Communication - Clear and effective written and verbal communication. Ability to collaborate across teams and convey technical information accurately
- Machining Knowledge - Deep understanding of machining and/or inspection processes. Ability to teach, guide, and share knowledge with others in a production environment
