## About the role

We're looking for a hybrid accounting/systems/AI professional to serve as the technical backbone of our finance and accounting technology stack. This person will lead the design and deployment of AI agents to automate accounting and finance workflows, and act as the primary liaison between accounting/finance and our internal engineering teams on home-grown tooling. ## What they're looking for

- 7–10 years combined experience in accounting/finance operations and systems administration, including leading implementations, transformation initiatives, or enterprise systems projects
- Demonstrated experience taking ownership of projects from planning through execution, testing/UAT, training, and go-live
- Demonstrated experience building or deploying AI/LLM-based automation (agents, workflow automation, RPA, or similar) — not just "AI-curious," actual hands-on build experience
- Strong understanding of accounting processes (close, reconciliations, revenue) sufficient to identify automation opportunities
- Comfort working directly with engineers on technical requirements/integrations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, or Computer Science
