## About the role

Hadrian is building a new precision manufacturing facility as part of the Red River Army Depot in Texarkana, Texas. We're looking for an Site Lead to own the buildout, day-to-day tech operations and serve as the face of Hadrian tech for the entire site.

## What they're looking for

- High degree of independence and accountability - this role works without a local IT manager to lean on, and needs to be self-reliant, self-driven, and proactive rather than reactive
- High degree of ownership - drives issues to resolution without waiting to be asked
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals: LAN/WAN, VLANs, firewall administration, Wi-Fi
- Endpoint management experience with Intune, Mosyle, or FleetDM
- Familiarity with Okta for identity and access management
- Comfortable operating as a remote extension of a distributed team
