## About the role

As Hadrian takes on larger, more complex integrated assemblies, critical lifts involving cranes and heavy rigging are becoming a core part of how we build. We're looking for a Lift Specialist to stand up our rigging workcenter from the ground up: scoping the cranes and lift fixtures we need, building the training and certification program for the team, and partnering with Build Engineering to define safe, repeatable processes for every critical lift.

## What they're looking for

- Deep, hands-on experience with rigging, crane operation, and heavy-lift safety in a manufacturing, aerospace, or heavy industrial environment
- Track record of building processes, equipment specifications, or training programs from scratch, without an existing playbook
- Working knowledge of applicable lift and rigging safety standards (e.g., OSHA, ASME B30 series)
- Strong cross-functional communication skills, with experience partnering closely with engineering teams
- Willingness to travel occasionally to support lift operations at other Hadrian sites
