## About the role

The Manufacturing Engineer is essential in ensuring robust production support and facilitating the scaling of manufacturing processes. This role is responsible for integrating new customer technical expectations seamlessly into the factory’s capabilities, supporting the transition from low-rate to high-volume production, and spearheading the adoption of new automated production assets and software enhancements. Ensure strict adherence to paperwork and customer requirements for quality and compliance.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or another related STEM field and 5 years of engineering experience in a production environment
- In lieu of a degree, at least 5-6+ years of experience in a high-intensity production environment may be considered
- Familiarity with machining operations and experience working with very tight tolerances, especially in aerospace manufacturing
- Comprehensive knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including software engineering, to enhance production capabilities
