## About the role

Within Additive Manufacturing, you'll be the owner for quality and qualification. Qualification has long been one of the biggest hurdles standing in the way of additive being used at scale, and this role is full of opportunities to rethink how it's done and change the way qualification works for this industry going forward. This role is for someone ready to take on highly technical, independent work and be the backbone of how we prove out our processes and hardware.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in a quality, qualification, or NDE focused role within manufacturing, with additive manufacturing experience strongly preferred
- Hands on experience developing and executing first article inspection plans and qualification packages
- Working knowledge of NDE methods such as CT, X-ray, penetrant, and ultrasonic inspection, including how to validate and apply them to additive hardware
- Experience writing process control documentation and working cross functionally
