- Act as the primary liaison for customer-specific quality requirements, ensuring these are effectively integrated into Hadrian’s quality systems
- Perform detailed reviews and gap analyses of customer specifications to identify quality requirements that differ from Hadrian’s standard practices
- Develop customer-specific quality documentation processes, including inspection sampling plans, deviation requests, and process controls, to ensure seamless integration into production workflows
- Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time to support cross-site quality system initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related STEM field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality engineering or quality systems role, preferably in aerospace or defense manufacturing
