## About the role

We are looking to add a curious, self-motivated engineer to Hadrian’s Autonomous Factory Systems division. This role focuses on developing software interfaces for industrial machinery that mills, welds, forms and more.

## What they're looking for

- A minimum of 4-6 years of software engineering experience
- Proficient in Python, TypeScript, or C#
- Strong ability and desire to work directly with hardware on the factory floor
- Demonstrated ability to make decisions with incomplete information and deliver complex systems on schedule
- Flexibility to travel up to 10% of the year as Hadrian scales across the country
